Accessible Seating is available upon request and subject to availability. Accessible locations are reserved for patrons with disabilities, with fixed seating for one companion located immediately adjacent to each accessible space. These seats may be released for general sale when all other available seating has been sold. Available upon request, subject to the availability of a qualified interpreter. Patrons requiring these services are encouraged to request them as soon in advance of the event as possible to ensure availability. Please contact the Coronado Theatre Guest Services Manager at (815) 968-5600.
Animals or pets of any kind are prohibited with the exception of service animals for guests with disabilities. Service animals are welcome inside the building and must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. Please indicate when buying tickets if you intend to bring a service animal to the building so an aisle seat may be reserved for you. For further questions, please call 815-968-5222.
There are two private single stall restrooms available in the lower level for breastfeeding and/or pumping.
The Coronado Theatre has a limited quantity of Sennheiser RI 250 Mono DirectEar hearing impaired devices. Staff requires the patron's ID in order to use one. Patron's ID will be returned when they turn in the device post-event. Patrons may ask Event Staff upon arrival for a device or request one ahead of time by calling the box office at 815-968-5222.
